Mrs. Scholz was born and lived in Connecticut where she and her husband owned, bred, whelped, selected and exhibited Basset Hounds under the "Manor Hill" banner from 1957 to 1984 when they moved to Florida. From this very small kennel came over 30 Basset Champions including National Specialty and Group winners and many ROM's which were handled both by professionals and their breeder-owners. Pembroke Welsh Corgis were added to the Manor Hill Kennel in the mid-'70's.
Mrs. Scholz has been judging since her approval in 1978.
