My original breed is Poodles which I have had since 1966. I was a dogshow superintendent with Jack Bradshaw Dog Shows for 25 years. I retired from Jack Bradshaws in 2001 to begin my judging career. I also was in management with Smith Barney for 28 years and retired in 2008....and love retirement as it gives me more time to learn new breeds and judge. I have been honored to judge at many great dogshows in the USA plus dogshows in China, New Zealand , Australia, Canada, Mexico and South Korea, Argentina and soon Japan. I have judged Best Of Breed at the Poodle Club of America twice and Miniature Poodles in 2019. I have judged the AKC-Eukanuba (now Royal Canin) Dog Show in 2009 and 2010 and 2015. I also judged the Non-Sporting Group at Morris & Essex in 2015 and just recently in 2021 I judged Morris & Essex again. 

I judge the Non Sporting, Toy  Groups, Sporting Group and only need 7 more  Hound breeds to get the Hound Group. I should have those by the end of 2021. I also judge Best in Show plus Junior Showmanship (All Breeds) and Misc class.  

 I am an AKC delegate from the Redwood Empire KC and am on the Dog Show Rules Committee. I do not charge a fee to judge. I do charge for coach airfare plus lodging and other expenses.

I love to judge and have a wonderful time with the dogs and the exhibitors. I am honored to have clubs ask me to judge as there are lots of judges to choose from and I consider it very nice to be asked.

Exhibitors have told me that I am very good with the dogs and that I am nice to show to. I truly love the dogs. That makes me feel very humble and thankful for the nice comments. I truly love the dogs. I love being the Mentor for the Pee Wee Event and judging Junior Showmanship.
